Mission

Let’s Foster Change

Aurora Higgs is a founder with a mission to facilitate conversations to evolve the understanding of human identity. As a DEI expert with deep understanding of psychology, philosophy, and the human experience, Aurora uses her voice and influence in spaces to impact the narrative around Black, Queer, Transgender, sex-positive joyful humanity. She is an advocate and activist, and evolutionary to her core.
 

Up until now, Aurora has been steadily building her personal and professional resume and authentically speaking both in-person and online. She is well known in many circles, and can benefit from growing her presence to launch her business successfully and full-time. Currently, Aurora has the ideal opportunity to build her identity under one larger brand – which is her name,Aurora Higgs, and her company’s name, Borealis Consulting – so she can clearly communicate that she is here to change the global conversation of human identity.
 

One thing of importance to note is that Aurora thinks like her primary demographic, she is just further along in the journey. Her clients are kindred spirits who are curious about identity and how to expand their understanding on gender equality and Black equity. They know they need information and better intelligence, and Aurora offers exactly what they need to evolve.The entities that Aurora serves will be able to look at her core offers and her distinct branding and know that they can count on her to be the person who can facilitate, speak, and create new cultures that embrace, celebrate, and understand what equity, safety, and true diversity looks like in the human experience.
